Your Contribution:

  • You focus on resolving infrastructure issues, handling structural upgrades, and driving special operational projects across our regional network.  
  • You take full charge of ensuring that defects are resolved on time and strictly within the allocated CAPEX and OPEX budgets.  
  • You orchestrate and coordinate external service providers and inception partners through structured status meetings and proactive ticket management.  
  • You evaluate technical defects using standard catalogs and maintain direct authority over approving partner quotes.  
  • You act as the central interface and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal field services, real estate teams, deployment experts, and senior stakeholders.  
  • You manage complex resolution processes that require close coordination with external authorities, landlords, and internal departments.  
  • You leverage your analytical mindset to identify process gaps and implement optimized workflows to enhance operational quality.
     

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • A completed vocational or professional training qualification.  
  • Professional experience (ideally 5+ years) within telecommunications, infrastructure, or the steel/electrical trades.
  • Broad expertise in passive infrastructure defect ticket handling and telecommunications deployment projects.  
  • Strong foundations in process management alongside sharp systematic and analytical thinking skills.  
  • Proven capability in vendor, partner, and project management with a decisive approach to problem-solving.  
  • Full professional proficiency in both German and English (written and verbal).  
  • A valid driver's license (Class B/PKW) to operate the provided company service vehicle.
