Levels and criteria needed in Java Guild

  1. Java full stack (java + nodejs + React) – Levels: Mid, Senior & Technical Lead
  2. Senior Java (Java + microservices+ GIT) Excellent in English
  3. Senior Architect
  4. Java Solution Architect (solution architect with exp in 3 to 5 hands-on microservices, Java, architect)
  5. Technical Lead / Senior Java (Java + Microservices + CI/CD + Springboot
  6. Senior TL Java 10+ exp in fintech or excellent in all the skills required below:-

• Strong experience with Spring Boot framework.
• Strong Knowledge and experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Experience and working knowledge of Redis, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ.
• Extensive knowledge of integrations and API development.
• Experience designing and developing solutions to complex problems for enterprise-wide projects.
• Familiarity with AWS services and deployment.
• Familiarity with security protocols and best practices.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
