Cyber Security IAM Team Leader
Role Profile
• Manage related Identity and Access Management streams and activities
• Regular reviews and updates for Identity and access management policies and procedures across business entities
• Technical implementation of identity and access management related tools
• Managing all related IAM/IDAM compliance Controls
• Account life cycle management and auditing as appropriate, participates in the development of workflows, system configuration, change documentation, optimization and support related to access, while working with application teams to deploy new applications
• Assists in the development of department and organization wide policies and procedures, while effectively communicating policies and procedures impacting Identity and Access management to end users, leadership, and peers to ensure compliant practices
• Lead and collaborate in the design, implementation, and support of the IAM technologies
• Create a centralized Access Control Model for all Vodafone Egypt Critical Assets
• Implementing, managing, and operating the Identity and access management solution (SailPoint)
• Privilege Access Management using BeyondTrust Password Safe
• Support the enrollment of Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-on (SSO), Integrate Different applications using (API’s, Database, SCIM, etc.)
• Responsible for managing Identity & Access Management resources, setting, and auditing their own KPIs in addition to putting relevant development plans on technical and non-technical skills
• Evaluates Risks and Develop security standards, procedures, and controls to manage risks associated with identity and access management related activities
• Follow internal delivery processes to deliver cyber security programs requirements in alignment with global/local policies.
• Ensure delivery of projects on time and within allocated budget.
• Ensure that all streams running on the right track and fulfilling their main objectives.
• Issue reports for running streams to Cyber Security and Technology Management
• Manages building proper interface with different vendors.
• Ensure projects and activities delivery with vendors on time and within allocated budget.
Quaifications and Technical Skills
• B.Sc. Communication/Computer Engineering or Computer science
• More than 7 years’ experience in telecom environment and IT industry with at least 3 years of proved leadership skills
• CIAM Knowledge is a MUST
• Excellent Knowledge about Cyber Security Controls and awareness of global cyber security standards and compliance programs is a MUST
• Project Management Knowledge (PMP/Agile) is a Must
• IT systems Architecture & Design Knowledge
• Strong understanding of a wide range of programming languages, especially Python & Java
Technical Skills
• Strong technical background in Telecom environment, IT and value-added Services
• Strong technical background in Active directory, IT domains, Data Network, Data center and storage
• CISM/CISSP/ Knowledge is a plus
• Proven experience in applications development & Integration
• Management & Leadership skills
• Organizational, And interpersonal skills. Effective negotiation skills
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and work under pressure
