Role Requirements

  • Managing a team of business analysts for fintech products and services.
  • Provide consultation service for Business Units with the support of the Architecture and Technical Domain teams.
  • Actively participate in the IT business roadmap planning activities, by supporting the business departments in creating a feasible roadmap that is in alignment with the company’s strategy and main goals.
  • Ensures E2E responsibility for the business goals to be met by the project’s deliverables. Understands the requirement and provides technical background information on the existing capabilities.
  • Collect business goals and agree on the deliverable benefits of the requirements to provide best concept and solution for a requirement.
  •  Actively cooperates with contacts both within Technology (local, regional, global) internal and external SPOCs.
  • Interacts with Solution Architects and Technical domains / testing team during the project lifecycle to achieve best solution for the company.
  • Supports the Agile methodology by identifying developments suitable for squad operation.
  • Creates Request For Proposal /EPIC/User Story material.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit functional requirements, flowcharts, modelling those requirements in an organized manner
  • Provide coaching and institutional knowledge to all stakeholders to ensure that all relevant information is understood and explainable.
  • Work closely with finance /Insights team to reach to best reporting model.
  • Maintain all product development plan [Technical and business ] with internal and external vendors

Competencies & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in business analysis or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of the agile methodology
  • Excellent knowledge of the banking sector (Cash Management or Payments )
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements
  • Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills in English
  • Strong project management skills and multitasking
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PSPO, Certified SAFe® Product Owner (PO)) is plus
  • Ability to write concise and clear

Must have technical/professional qualifications:

  • Engineering graduate
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
  • Excellent time management with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Innovative and decision-making skills
  • Conflict management
