What you’ll do

The Senior IT Development Team Leader supervises others� volume and quality of work relating to the technology roadmap and standards, such as developing programme logic for new applications/products or analysing and modifying logic in existing applications (activities may also include elements of technical testing). Typically reports to the IT Development Manager.

Experience Range  - 10 + Years
Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
•    SAP knowledge
•    ITIL Knowledge, Project Management, Stakeholders Management, Communication Management
•    Strong familiarity with Excel.
•    SharePoint 2016 
Core competencies, knowledge and experience 
•    Solid knowledge in SAP Ecosystem architecture, technologies and involved Support Groups.
•    Cross team networking between Development Team, Operations Team, CoE, Process team etc…
•    Strong marketing, stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills with intense customer orientation.
•    Ability to work under high pressure. 
•    Team player with positive attitude.
•    Organised and efficient.
•    Ability to react quickly.
•    Very good English language skills, written and oral.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership 
•    Feedback operational efforts and ticket forecasts.
•    Analyse impacts regarding knowledge requirements, capacity, tickets and operational efforts.
•    Feedback associated risks and mitigation proposals.
•    Accountable to create the overall Operational Impact Analysis for CIS Services. 
•    Review and assessment of the Vendor Impact Assessment of demands with regards to impact on CIS Services regarding costs and quality. 
•    Alignment with all teams working for CIS Services (internal, TSSI, etc.) on their specific impact on demands. 
•    Creation of Operational Impact Assessment, which is aligned with all teams and contains their input.
•    Provides feedback to the EVO Release Lead of CIS Services if the assessment of demands could cause risks
