Role Purpose/Business Unit:

 

We are seeking a technically skilled System Analyst with a strong inclination toward software development to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid environment of systems analysis and hands-on coding, with a passion for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade solutions. Familiarity with Genesys Cloud is a significant advantage.

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements and define MVPs.
  • Design and document technical solutions that align with business goals.
  • Develop, test, and deploy custom applications and integrations, primarily in an API-driven environments.
  • Act as a technical liaison between business and technical teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and high-quality releases.
  • Support and enhance existing systems, identifying opportunities for automation and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to deliver Genesys Cloud contact center solutions that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

 

•    Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•    Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
•    Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
•    Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins).
•    Exposure to contact center technologies and customer experience platforms.
•    Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

 


•    3–5 years of experience in a System Analyst or Developer role.
•    Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript/Node.js, Python, Java, or C#).
•    Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
•    Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
•    Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
•    Familiarity with Genesys Cloud CX, including API integrations, routing strategies, and IVR flows.
