Specialist: Process Solutions and Improvements

Role Purpose/Business Unit:
- Cultivating and managing constructive working relationships with Business Stakeholders.
- Co-ordinating and Reporting on improvement initiatives within Vodacom with a specific focus on Process Improvements, Risk mitigation and Risk awareness.
- Providing Specialist support to the Forensic Division.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Interfacing with the Customer experience team to ensure communication through touch points are consistent and ensuring correct processes are in place to support the communication
- Ensuring correct and relevant reconciliations between online transitions and financial institutions are in place.
- Communication on and Co-ordination of Process and System improvement initiatives.
- Creating monthly/weekly reports on fraud findings/ causes/ recommendations and statistics with support from Senior Specialist and Principal Specialist Process Solution and Improvement
- Extracting and Consolidating Information for the Forensic Department to aid in investigations.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Matric / SAQA Accredited Equivalent (essential)
- 3 year Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Equivalent ( Essential )
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Intermediate / Advanced SQL (PLSQL) and/or Informix (Essential)
- Experience with system process and data structures
- Tactically astute, with a proven track record in the delivery of challenging business results.

- Has extensive knowledge of Vodacom’s Products, Services and Business Processes.
